My order has shipped but hasn't moved in several days.

My tracking number says “label created” but nothing else, what does that mean?
This means we’ve packed your order and the shipping label has been generated, but the carrier hasn’t picked it up or scanned it yet. Tracking will update as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, the delivery address can't be changed. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help.
Why does my tracking information show my parcel is going to the wrong location?
Sometimes tracking systems show routing hubs that are far from your delivery address., this is normal. If it still looks incorrect after a few days, reach out and we’ll double-check it for you.
REFUNDS
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order is on its way, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and request a return instead.
How long does it take for a refund to appear?
