At Perfumez For Less, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled. It is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Eligibility For a Return
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including outer packaging).
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Certain items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Clearance or sale items
Types of Returns
- Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement after inspection.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@perfumezforless.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for written return approval from our customer support team before sending your parcel.

Important:
Please ensure your parcel is trackable. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked returns.
4. Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
5. If approved, your refund will then be credited back to your original payment method. You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Once your return is received and approved, processing takes 7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 10 business days in total for the refund to appear in your account.
