We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Perfumez For Less. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for a return:

Important: 
Please do not return any items without first receiving written approval from our team via email. All returns must be pre-approved to be accepted and processed.

  • Case 1 (Before Opening): You may return an item before opening it. To be eligible for a return within 7 days, the product should be in same condition that you received it- unopened, unused, and in its original packaging including outer packaging along with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Case 2 (Damages and issues): If your product arrives damaged, such as with a broken bottle or a defect on the cap, you may submit a return request under our damages and issues policy. While such cases are rare and often due to courier mishandling, we are here to support you. To ensure a smooth and legitimate process, please contact our customer support immediately. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by this timeframe

Note:
Most damages are due to courier handling, but rest assured-we are here to help.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and opened perfumes are not eligible for return unless faulty.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:  

      1. Opened or used items.

       2. Items not in their original condition or packaging.

       3. Products returned more than 7 days after delivery (except in specific cases).

       4. Sale or clearance items.

       5. Gift cards or promotional items.

 

How to start a return:

  •  To begin a return, email us at contact@perfumezforless.com with the reason for your return.
  •  Once you've received a return approval email from us, please ensure your items are securely packaged for return.
  • Please send your return package (using any of your local couriers) to the following address:

Important: 
Please make sure your return parcel is trackable, as we cannot take responsibility for lost shipments. Also, please note that for change of mind returns, you will be liable for the return postage and shipping fees will be non-refundable. However if return is due to damage or defect issue we will refund all shipping fees provided you send us original receipt/proof of cost from courier company. There is no restocking or handling fee.

      4. Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.

      5. If approved, your refund will then be credited back to your original payment method. You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item.

Return postage:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund method:

Once we’ve processed your refund (usually within 3–5 business days), your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to post it. In total, please allow within 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
