At Perfumez For Less, we believe that receiving your fragrance should feel just as special as wearing it. That’s why every order is carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure your perfumes arrive safely and on time.

Dispatch (Handling Time)

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email/SMS as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (metro typically faster, regional/remote may be longer).

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to peak periods, weather, or operational delays.

Shipping Cost & Method

1. We Offer only Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
2. We use Australia Post and Sendle Domestic, as well as other reputable couriers, with tracking provided for every order.

Order Tracking

  1. All orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post and include tracking details.
  2. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.
  3. Please note: Tracking may take 3–4 hours to become active. For example, if you receive your tracking number at 2:00 PM, it may not be trackable until approximately 6:00 PM.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong/insufficient address, not collected), we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-delivery fees may apply).
  • Damages or Issues on Arrival
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number at contact@perfumezforless.com.
  • We’ll resolve promptly in line with our Refund & Returns Policy (faulty/incorrect items receive full refund or replacement and return postage is covered).
